1. What does Pipelinkloop offer?
Pipelinkloop is an independently operated digital entertainment platform specializing in single-player pipe connection and puzzle games. We are committed to providing original, high-quality experiences; all digital content is either 100% originally developed in-house or utilized under strict commercial licensing agreements.
All products available on our website are digital software delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. How will I receive my purchase?
Once your payment has been successfully completed and standard fraud verification is passed, your purchased digital content will be made available electronically through our platform.
As all products are delivered digitally, no postal service, courier, or logistics tracking numbers are generated.

3. Is my purchase a subscription?
No. Every purchase made through Pipelinkloop is strictly a one-time transaction. There are absolutely no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or hidden future payment obligations.

4. Can I cancel my purchase or request a refund?
Because our products consist exclusively of digital content supplied electronically, delivery begins immediately after successful payment.
By requesting immediate access to the purchased digital content, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, once digital delivery has commenced, you waive your statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (as amended), or any equivalent legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.
Accordingly, purchases are final and non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our Customer Support team directly for a prompt and professional resolution.

5. What exactly am I purchasing?
When you purchase digital content from Pipelinkloop, you obtain a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased content solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the software, game code, or any associated intellectual property.

6. Who owns the games and their content?
All software, source code, graphics, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, text, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Pipelinkloop or its licensors. Your purchase does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights.

7. May I copy, extract, or redistribute the game?
No. Without our prior written permission, you must strictly not:

Copy or reproduce any part of our games;

Extract, reverse-engineer, or decompile software or digital assets;

Modify or create derivative works;

Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any content;

Use our games or assets for commercial purposes;

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to legal action where permitted by applicable law.
